Cannot Find Metadata from TheMovieDB

Hi,

Just today it seems that subler cant find metadata online from TheMovieDB. It works if I am pulling metadata from iTunes Store but not from TheMovieDB. It only kept on searching as it shows on screenshot. I am using version 1.3.5. So I went ahead and check if there is an update available it says i am up-to-date. I also restarted my mbpro and the themoviedb website which was up and running by the issue still persist. I can't find the metadata for films which are not available on itunes store yet but are on themoviedb.

It's working for me. Does https://api.thetvdb.com work for you? (it should show a "not authorised" message)

no it doesn't. says failed to open. what does that mean?

It means your computer can't connect to that website. Maybe a dns issue? Try to change your dns and see if it helps.

Hey Damiano, thanks for your advise. I changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and everything is working now.
