Time Codes Scrambled When Entered Manually

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open file.
2. Click chapter track.
3. Add chapter.
4. Edit time code.
5. Time code will be changed to something like 8:46:23:17.

Additional information:

I removed Subler using AppCleaner, then downloaded 0.31 again manually and installed manually. I had this issue with 0.30 as well.

It might be a locale issue. What's the language of your computer?

You aren't use "," instead of ".", are you?

Definitely not. I have been hand-entering time code in 0:00:00:00 format.

The format is 0:00:00.000 btw. I guess I should add some additional validation so it will accept only the right format.
