Forced Subs Don't Retain Their Settings After Processing

When opening an individual file and setting my Forced Subtitle Track to "All Samples Forced", this setting doesn't retain itself after sending the file to the queue/Saving. The setting will get reset to "No" in the resulting file.

The only fix is to go into the newly processed file and changing it again. A pain when processing multiple MKVs to M4V.

With Forced Subs, I'll typically also assign them as the Subtitle Track for the main audio (for good measure), and that setting DOES remain.

I'm running Subler 1.3.7 on High Sierra (10.13 - 17A365).
