Question about Colour Space
Issue #399
closed
Hi,
I have a few mkv/h.264 videos with (from mediainfo):
Color primaries : BT.709 Transfer characteristics : BT.709 Matrix coefficients : BT.709
When I import them in Subler as passthru the Colour Space is Implicit. Should I select Rec. 709 (1-1-1) instead?

The color space can be set in the video data, or at the container level. Subler can read the values only at the container level, but if your file has got it already set in the video, you don't need to set it in the container too.
