Chapter creation fails / Chapter Image problem

Since version 1.4.6 the chapter implementation and chapter image creation fails. The result is a video file with some actual chapter images and many black ones.

And when I click a chapter in the final video (i.e. in the mac desktop preview) I get a pixilated image for seconds or the file crashes. When I create the same file, with the same assets, in 1.4.4 everything is fine.

What are the steps to reproduce this problem: Import Video, Audio, Subtitles and Chapters, then saving as m4v.

What version of Subler you are running: 1.4.6

What operating system version you running MacOS 10.13.2

Was there any error message or error dialog, if so please detail or provide screenshots: I provided some screenshots from the final result.
