missing artwork

Since the last updates of Subler (0.30 + 0.31), I have trouble adding artwork to movie files. Affected is the workflow when searching for metadata, and selecting artwork for it. In many, but not all cases this artwork will not be added to the file. Unfortunately I cannot tell when this happens, I only noticed that the "downloading artwork" indicator spins slightly longer when it works. All my files are mp4 containers created by handbrake. And there are no issues adding artwork manually.
