{\an1} tags

{\an1} to {\an9} tags for positioning subtitles don't translate to tx3g I assume. The tags are just displayed as text. Could Subler delete them automatically? That way the tags could be put in .srt files and when someone wishes to mux the same .srt into mp4 the tags are just removed.

    Those are Sub Station Alpha tags, are you seeing them in Srt? Srt is not a real standard, but putting every weird thing into it is a bit too much.
