Issue #465 closed

Subler: 1.5.1 MacOS Sierra 10.12.6

I think, we have to make choice whether drop-down or manual input will be used on 'Language Tab'. It will make easier when we wanted another way to get the language.

fix the subtitles filename when try to export it. For example on version 1.5.1 will be exported as Movie.1.es.srt I think it should be exported as Movie.spanish.srt instead Movie.1.es.srt

Fixing Release Date, when importing some movie metadata, it will show 2018-05-25 instead 2018-05-25T07:00:00Z

Thank you

Can you try to explain again? I think I don't fully understand what you wrote.

Language codes are the same in every language, localised names are not. Dates are written in the 2018-05-25T07:00:00Z format already in the file.

Thank you, I have checked the dates format and it is fine. I just wanted that when we export the saved subtitle files from some movie, the file will be output like this: Movie.1.es.srt

but I think it will be better with this format: Movie.spanish.srt

so, no ID and no abbreviation on the language and I think better if we could use a drop-down menu and manual input on Language section.

Manual input on the Language menu is not possible, because the language name is stored as an extended language tag, something like en-us or similar. You can already jump to a language with the keyboard, open the menu and start typing.
