Problem w/selecting iTunes artwork

I have experienced this problem (repeatedly) when getting metadata for tv shows via iTunes.

If there is only one piece of artwork, the button to set it as the artwork is greyed out and the return key won't select it either (even tho the image is highlighted).

You have to manually click on the artwork in order to get to the next screen. Have not had the chance to dupe using TheTVDB as there are usually at least 2 pieces of artwork to select from.
