Editing track or disk # show up incorrect data

Hi there! Looks like 1.5.10 introduced a bug when editing track# and disk# tags. They end up showing as a huge negative number, but they seem to look fine in the saved file.

Happens in 1.5.10 and 1.5.11, running macOS 10.14.3 (18D109).
