Queue volume adjust

Would it be possible to add a “Volume Adjust" to the Queue settings. I know I can adjust the volume on the audio track for each file separately but it would be nice to have add it to the preset Queue settings. Thank you

Does the volume adjustment actually result in a volume adjustment when you play back the file?

I am confused, you are correct in asking and the answer is NO, the sound level does not change at all. How come?

This is something I took for granted in HandBrake but then I discovered Subler and was happy to not have to reencode everything, passthrough is wonderful.

It used to work in QuickTime Player 7, I guess Apple doesn’t support that option anymore.

You are correct, it changes a volume setting without reencoding the audio track and that is taken into account during playback in QT7 but not in VLC or Kodi.

Handbrake actually reencodes the entire audio track.

So, it would be nice if Subler reencoded the audio track instead of just changing the volume setting.
