Chapter Times

I would like to see an option to download chapter titles without changing the chapter times. Quite often the Chapter titles are correct, but the chapter times can be off by 7 seconds.

    Are the chapters usually the same? I can change it to use the existing chapter times if the number of chapters is the same.
