Strange bug discovered in ver 1.6, causing seek/rewind problems in vlc player for Android TV

I sometimes stream the m4vs created with subler using a vlc app for android tv. Unfortunately I have discovered a rather strange bug in the latest release of subler causing m4v files (created using identical steps as always) to have serious trouble when doing +/-10 sec forward/rewind with video freezing and audio playing from an initial position until eventually syncing up to continue playback. This never happened with m4vs created with prior versions of subler. Stranger still there does not appear to be any problem when seeking in apple tv, ios or mac os environment.
