Cannot open a file

Using Subler to go through my personal DVD collection that I have been digitising, several files that play in iTunes and on my Apple TV don't open in Subler.

I have looked at and corrected the file permissions but apart from that cannot see a problem.

Any clues?

Try to rename the file to .mov . Subler refuses to open mov files with the wrong file extension.
