Creating a set that removes a metadata field

I have a large number of files that I want to remove the ‘ratings’ metadata field from.

I can create a set that replaces the rating field with something else and run that through the queue, however this is not quite the funcationality I’m after – also, leaving the Ratings field as ‘Unknown’ in the set simply bypasses the field and leaves it as it is rather than overwriting or removing it.

Would it be possible to have an option to set the value to null or to have it remove the field using a set so that I don’t have to go through each file individually?
