Metadata fetch issues
Occasionally, when I load a TV show in to fetch metadata, it will have trouble finding the correct information. For example, The X-Files season 2 is giving Subler problems with gathering the correct metadata. Even if I give it a “head start” by typing in the season, show, episode number, episode name, and media type, it will - when it works - fill in everything except the episode number and episode name. When I attempt to manually edit it, it doesn’t seem to save the information. Also, only a small handful of the episodes downloaded the artwork, leaving the rest with nothing. This is a common type of problem I run in to with TV shows.
I’ve found that it can be picky when it comes to how the file is named. If I type, thexfiles_s01_e01.mp4 it will find everything except the information I stated earlier. If I don’t type that file name, it will find nothing at all, even if I enter information into Subler manually…it won’t save.

repo owner Which metadata provider are you using? AppleTV, iTunes Store, TheMovieDB, or TheTVDB?

There are some issues with Apple TV metadata. e.g. I can find Stranger Things Season 3 in Apple TV app (US), but could not fetch metadata via Subler. Same issue happened many times before.
