Unable to Export *Greyed Out*

I’ve imported the mp4 file with File > Open

I’m trying to extract the .srt

Export is greyed out. The subtitle track is there. What am I doing wrong?

    The mp4 file needs to be saved to disk, it won't export if the tracks have not been written to disk.
