Subler Windows Alternative (Atmos support)

I know this isn’t the right place to ask, but I’ve been struggling with this for weeks now. Subler works great for my purposes on macOS of converting MKV’s with atmos/HDR tracks into MP4’s for QuickTime and spatial audio compatibility. I’m wondering if anyone has found a way to do this on a windows machine? Currently I use FFMPEG, but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be able to make the atmos audio work, instead iOS 15 shows multichannel. In comparison Subler correctly muxs the atmos audio in. Thanks for any help
