Support .movpkg movies.

I’ve noticed that the tags “HDR”, “Dolby Vision/Atmos” are only available on the .movpkg files. Who are HLS and not a mp4.

The tag is written in .data file in the .movpkg file.

I think if we can encode our movie into this format, we will be able to add DV, HDR an Atmos tags.
