Is it possible to download sublerCLI for the Mac (similar to downloading HandBrakeCLI)?

Issue #682 closed

I have a huge library of ripped DVDs that I want to compress to mkv and I want to pass them all through subler so I can get nice looking OCR’ed subtitles. I can automate the compression using HandBrakeCLI and presumably I’d also need sublerCLI in the same script to deal with those subtitles. Could somebody please let me know where I can download sublerCLI for the Mac - I don’t really have any idea how to create it from source code. Thanks.

I know you closed the topic, but would you mind please answering the following:

    1. I presume because nobody is working on SublerCLI that Subler is therefore not a graphical frontend for SublerCLI, right?
    2. The latest version of SublerCLI is 1.5.1 while Subler is at 1.7.2 - have there been any improvements in the OCR capabilities in Subler since the last version of SublerCLI?
    3. Is Subler scriptable in any way?

    1. Right, it uses the libraries directly, no need to of yet another intermediate layer
    2. I don’t think so
    3. There is some AppleScript support to add to/start/stop the queue if I remember correctly.
