Allow for multi-threaded actions on a long queue

I noticed that when you have many files in the queue it processes them one at a time, and I think it’s maybe just using one or two threads when it does that. What if you allowed in the settings that I can choose to have up to 4 files processed simultaneously, and that way it uses more of my CPU. I just got an M1 Mac and I feel like it’s not pushing the envelope when I’m using the queue.
