Allow for m4v file save option

Since mp4 and m4v should be the same container, add an option to save files in .m4v
You could call such an option MPEG-4 video and put it after MPEG-4 movie

This is because every time I export a video, I need to manually go in the folder and rename it to .m4v

Just select “protected MPEG-4 movie“, then you’ll get *.m4v file.
