Artwork Tab Crashes

Outstanding app. I use it every day. Recently however, it has started crashing when dealing with Artwork. Sometimes, just clicking the Artwork tab will crash, but most times, pasting an image causes the crash. I’ve been using this app for a very long time with no problems until just recently. I suspect the issue is due to something else outside of the app, but I haven’t been able to track it down.

I have tried installing older versions of Subler that I know never crashed before. Same problem now. Crashes.

I’m running Ventura 13.0.1 on an M1 MacBook Pro.

I’ve tried setting the app to run using Rosetta. That did not fix the problem either.

The artwork tab uses the old and deprecated IKImageView, I should really replace it with something more modern.

Anyway, try to update macOS to the latest version and see if it helps.

Sadly, no. I upgraded to macOS 13.2 but the problem persists. I suspect it’s something I did or installed that’s causing some kind of conflict, but I’m no expert. I need to completely erase and reinstall the OS anyway because I somehow limited the operating system volume to some small amout and it’s down to about 12 Gigs remaining and I have to constantly clean up to keep it that way since I work a lot with large video files.

FYI: As I suspected, it appears to have been something I had done. The app is working perfectly now. I did a complete re-install of the OS (v13.2) and tested it, then upgraded to 13.2.1 and tested again. Works flawlessly. Excellent app. I used it numerous times every day.
