Subler no longer goes to correct Save As directory

I’ve been using Subler for years without issue however today I began having issues trying to save videos. Previously it would always suggest my last used directory, so it was easy to move through TV Shows and save them to the correct directory. However all of a sudden it now keeps trying to save it back to the parent directory of where the original file is, which isn’t at all what I want.

I am on the current version (1.7.5) and haven’t recently updated or changed any settings or anything. It has just stopped behaving randomly. As you can imagine having to find the correct directory every file is quite annoying, whereas previously I would just have to do this once per series.
