Standard settings for Audio conversion/passthru in Batch mode

Hi,

I'm new to Subler and it is a great tool! I just have one problem. I've a huge video library. There for I'de like to use Subler to convert my files from MKV to MP4. I'd like to keep the DTS stream that's inside for future use and add a AAC stream for playing on my iDevices an AppleTV. I tried some files through batch mode, but it never keeps the DTS stream. Is it possible to add an option to passthrough the original audio also for batch mode? Or is it already available.

Added an options to keep DTS in the next version (0.32 probably).
