Hey guys,

I've been using (and loving) Subler for a while, and I just encountered my first issue. I got a 3D-capable TV, so I've been converting some 3D movies (SBS). The problem I'm encountering is the following log:

Warning: ReadChildAtoms: "/Volumes/3DMOVIE.m4v": In atom moov missing child atom trak

I have a feeling it has something to do with the audio tracks that I'm including, as some include 7.1 information, which I don't think I've ever dealt with before. But I could be wrong.

Anyway, any help with this would be very much appreciated.

The file doesn't complete, so I'm thinking maybe there's something... wrong?

Well, what do you mean by "the file doesn't complete", what doesn't complete? What's the format of the video and audio in the source file? What step are you taking exactly? Things like that.

Hi Guys, and dear Damiano who i think is the marvelous genius behind Subler....

i just log in cause i'm having the same issue.. i have been using the Subler for a long time.. and recently i have got issue with a movie on MP4 format, that i just wanted to add meted (name, image) and put in on subtitles, so i can used nice on my apple Tv.. It looks like if work as normal,and i put play but after a 3 or 2 min , the movie stop (the movie itself look freeze) but the audio and subtitles still running.. to the end of the movie..

i don't know if this has to be, with the actualization, cause i had the old version of Subler 0.31 until that day, and i never has this issue before.

The movie runs ok with the VLC, but not on Quicktime or iTunes. The movie is on MP4 (H264). and the audio is ACC.

i wish you can help me.
