ding dong, the witch is dead, but now its time for the warlock to go

warlock was an internal tool at Sun for doing static lock analysis of the kernel. Unfortunately, the code was never properly released to the public (even in a product), and the code in tree has bit rotten. It's also unlikely that Oracle will ever release the tool in the future.

We should eliminate the support for warlock from Makefiles.

A better approach would be to use Coverity for this kind of static analysis.
