pkgdepend requires uname -s -r to be SunOS 5.11

Root cause is simplejson, which imports terminatorlib, which uses a cwd for process id that knows about SunOS. These are crummy vendor packages.
The dependency generation ought to be done in a program that is wholly contained within the gate (well, pkg could stand with that too.) Perhaps pkgdepend could become a C or go program in the future?
