Issue #67 resolved

Garrett D'Amore repo owner created an issue 2014-09-05

quoting of $NIGHTLY_OPTIONS precludes being able to list multiple options with spaces, which makes it impossible to use +t with anything else.

This affects bldenv and probably nightly too.
