Reword documentation for `escape_string` and `escape_bytea`

Which one is 'safer'?

In the documentation it says that both are!

I think escape_bytea would be safer, for example when escaping something ending with a backslash ( some_strange_string\ )

    Clarify differences between class and instance escape methods.

    Borrow the wording from the PostgreSQL docs about the difference between class and instance variants of escape_string and escape_bytea for PG::Connection. Fixes #205.
