Facilitating germplasm requests

Matija Obreza created an issue

Genesys 1 ordering system requires acceptance of the terms of SMTA. The user may choose to create an account with PID server. G1 then sends out an email to the institute holding the germplasm in question.

    We have ITPGRFA's PID server connections in place, notification emails sent to a catch-all Genesys operated email account for further processing.
