highres: game crashes in very small sectors

Gennady Trafimenkov repo owner created an issue

When the resolution is high and the sector is small, e.g. rebels basement, the game can crash. If it doesn't crash, there is also weird visual effect when on every NPC message the screen is moving upwards.
