Russian language is broken in VS build

Gennady Trafimenkov repo owner created an issue

Russian language support is broken in Visual Studio 10 Express build. MinGW cross build is fine. MinGW windows build is fine too. See attached picture.

    Add BOM to language files, so VS can correctly interpter wide string literals

    That fixes bug #5 (Russian language is broken in VS build)
