Intro does not play

I just noticed that upon starting a new game, the intro doesn't play, although I have the intro.slf. The same installation (JA2 Gold English) without Stracciatella will run the intro.

For the record ffmpeg supports SMK decoding, so it should be relatively easy to implement if ffmpeg was used.

I have just worked a bit on SMK integration and it works with some limitations:
- video/audio are noch in sync
- files from intro.slf have to extracted and placed in data/intro/

That's because the video player was not released in source codes but only as a binary library and only for windows (SMACK.H, SMACKW32.LIB).
I guess we will need to write or own cross-platform player if we want to play the videos.
