Wrong death notification

I recently started a new game on v0.12.258-win to test my upcoming mod for stracciatella. I received an email with a death notification for Scully: However, Scully is still available, even after quiting and reloading the game or after comressing time. Noone died so far.

I have made some alterations to the game, but have definitely not messed with this, so I guess it's an stracciatella-issue.

Update: After some more playtime, the death-notification for Len came via email. And this time, it works as intended. Len's pic in AIM is red and he can't be hired. Scully is still available. Savegame attached.

I guess he went to a secret mission and faked his death so none would think it was him ;)
