Another bug with externalized dealer inventory (Jake)

Jake is selling everything for $1, which is of course not enough ;)

Apart from that, his (externalized) inventory works fine. He offers and accepts exatcly what he is supposed to (unile Tony --- reported in another issue).

I've attached his .json for reference. But I don't think, the issue is to be resolved within that file.
