Explosion can push characters to otherwise unreachable places

Happened in a mine sector, had enemy near a mountain wall. Explosion (grenade? mortar? I don't remember) has thrown him up above the wall. He could not escape and his items were unreachable. I felt tempted to bounce someone from my team up there using the same way, but that would be to exploitive...
