Barrel extender always falls off on first use

Not sure where things went wrong, but my fully repaired extender always fails (falls off) on first shot. Repairing everything again and retrying gives the same results.

What version are you using? I cannot reproduce this on current master using the savegame you sent.

Pretty much master. I attach it to Needle's fn-fal and then find some enemies. It works fine if I just shoot at the ground in a neutral sector.

This is my fault. Extender wear is coded into vanilla CalcChanceToHitGun which is used in accurate_aim_circle. I have modified the function not to change anything on a dry run. This also fixes the AI which were also wearing out the extender in their functions. I had stopped using the extender not realizing I had done this.
