Game crashing when hiring when browsing M.E.R.C.

To reproduce:

1. Enter M.E.R.C.
2. Listen to founder's monologue and create an account
3. Start browsing mercenaries - game crashses when showing merc's stats

Always reproductable, in all versions of ja2 stracciatella with russian localisation. The game crashes without restoring original screen resolution.

I cannot reproduce the crash.

I tried v0.12.189 on Windows and Linux with two russian versions (Buka and Gold). It doesn't crash.

Could you please give more info (game version, operation system, etc) and attach a saved game file?

Continued this game from the old savegame with v. 0.12.352 Russian localization (not gold), the issiue is still present. I'm running Debian testing amd64. Savegame is attached.

Started a new game. M.E.R.C. still crashing. Is there any more info I should provide?
