Off-by-one error in .frag.gz starting coordinate

It looks like the starting coordinate in the .frag.gz is one too low for all the reads. E.g. a read here has length 250, but its starting coordinates are marked as 271-521, which is 251 bases. Furthermore, manually extracting the 272-521th basepair of the sequence matches the read.

It is because it is zero-indexed and the end coordinate is not inclusive.
