Issue #102 resolved
Jonathan Abrahams created an issue

I can see there are some recent commits referencing this type of error. Any work to fix this is much appreciated!

I dont quite understand why I get this some times, but not all the time. I have not seen this error before, but get it frequently in version 4.2.5.

    Dear Jonathan,

Thank you for your interrest in ResFinder.

This issue has been fixed in the Stages branch and will be included in the next release.

It happens when you are running with --species “other” or ignore_missing_species flag and still run pointfinder. Pointfinder should not run without a species so if you remove the --point flag it will run successfully. This will happen automatically in the next release or if you use the Staging branch.

    Best Regards
