manage DB location via environement varaibles

Hello,

I modified rnu_resfinder.py to be abble to grab resfinder_db, pointfinder_db and kma_db from environement varaibles.

this way Iwas abble to handle the databases to suit our needs.

attached is the diff.

I am sorry we have been so slow to react. This was a great suggestion and we have implemented the possibility for several environment variables in the upcoming 4.2 release.
