Error: BLAST did not run as expected. The expected output file, /home/pointfinder/tmp/out_gyrA.xml, did not exist. BLAST finished with the following response:

/bin/sh: 1: blast/blastdb: Permission denied

Blast is working fine separately though

Can you send us the command you are using?

The issue has been resolved because of user deleting their account and not being able to recreate the issue.
