The FASTA file of aminoglycoside don't include these genes of strA and strB

Thank you for the interest in our services.

If you look in the phenotypes.txt file, and search for e.g. strA, it is present in the database but with different names.

For example it says:

aph(3'')-Ib_1_M28829    Aminoglycoside  Streptomycin    2653965 Enzymatic modification  Alternative name strA, orfH

And if you search for aph(3'')-Ib_1_M28829, it is present in the aminoglycoside.fsa file.
