README vs brew.sh :: blast version inconsistency

Hello,

1) README claims resfinder requires blast-2.2.26 while brew.sh wants blast+-2.6.0 2) blast url from brew.sh is incorrect 3) blastall is from legacy blast (no longer supported by the ncbi), blast+ does not provide blastall binary

    Issue has been resolved but just wanted to add that ResFinder 4.0, when released, will not be dependent on legacy BLAST.
