What do we mean by overlap warning?

Dear Anuradha Singh
Thank you for the question and sorry for the long response time.
The overlap warning is mainly used for debugging and should in reality never be printet in the released version.

It relates to PointFinder where if two contigs hit the same gene and if the sequence similarity of the overlap between the two contigs is not 100% then you will get this warning.

The output will be removed in the next release.
