Typo in error message: chromosomal mutaitons

I ran resfinder without either of these options:

    -acq, --acquired      Run resfinder for acquired resistance genes
    -c, --point           Run pointfinder for chromosomal mutations

It complained:

Please specify to look for acquired resistance genes, chromosomal mutaitons or both!

Typo: mutaitons should be mutations

This is currently line 288 in file run_resfinder.py
