Hi, I think the example in the readme should be corrected to:

# Example of running resfinder
python3 resfinder.py -i test.fsa -o . -p /path/to/resfinder_db \
-b /path/to/blastn -d aminoglycoside -t 0.9 -l 0.60

Because -t 90.00 does not work Otherwise it's working great ! Thanks
