DisinfFinder collision with ResFinder output?

The workaround for the pheno_table issue in #87, namely to run PointFinder and DisinfFinder in tandem with ResFinder, fails for DisinfFinder because its tabular output appears to overwrite ResFinder outputs.

Whereas PointFinder produces PointFinder_{prediction,results,table}.txt, DisinfFinder uses the ResFinder_* prefix, and (at least) the _results_table.txt and _results_tab.txt appear to overwrite ResFinder’s.

The JSON and some other outputs appear to be unaffected.
