unknown_mut flag does not work properly

Setting the unknown_mut flag will not include the unknown mutations found to the json file. unknown_muts are only mentioned in the finder.write_result function and will be present in the outputfiles pointfinder_table.txt and pointfinder_results.txt.

On the web-solution regardless of the option box being ticked the unknown mutations are always shown on the output page.

solved on command line - the unknown mutations will be output in the json file as a seq_variation with an empty phenotype list (commit 10cd771).
Not fixed on the service page but will be when moved to the new server.
